We read every message and aim to reply within a few days. For data corrections, please include the match, team or player and what looks wrong.

In-app feedback

You can also send feedback directly from the site — including an optional screenshot — using the feedback form. It takes less than a minute.

What to write to us about

A wrong score or result. Include the match — the two teams and the date are enough — and the score you believe is correct.
A wrong detail inside a match. A goal credited to the wrong player, a missing or misplaced card, a minute that doesn't match the broadcast, or a line-up that doesn't match the team sheet.
A table that doesn't add up. Tell us the competition and which row looks wrong: points, goal difference or position.
A sentence that isn't true. Match reports and the Model Read are written from the data we hold. If one of them states something the facts don't support, send us the page address and the sentence.
Your account or your data. Deletion requests are covered on the Delete Your Account page, and how we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Anything else — a feature you'd use, a competition you'd like covered, or something on the site that confused you.

How we handle a correction

Our match data is licensed from two providers, football-data.org and API-Football, and licensed data sometimes arrives with mistakes in it. When you report one, we check it against independent sources before changing anything. If the report holds up, we correct the underlying record rather than patching a single page. If the provider's figure turns out to be right, we leave it exactly as recorded.

Where a mistake comes from our own writing rather than the data, we trace the sentence back to the field it was built from and reword or remove it. The full approach, including the most common kind of error we find in knockout results, is described under Corrections on How Gooolll Works.
